How to watch the Champs League final in 4K, HDR and for free

(Pocket-lint) – BT Sport has the sole UK rights to show the UEFA Champions League final. However, while you would normally have to subscribe to watch live coverage of the tournament, it is offering several ways to view the final, including in 4K, HDR and for free.

The all-English final between Man City and Chelsea has been moved to Portugal due to the pandemic, but will have a crowd this year after UEFA lifted its 30 per cent capacity cap. It should be a cracker too.

Here then are the details on how to watch the match live in a format that suits you.

When is the Manchester City v Chelsea Champions League final?

The final takes place at the Estádio do Dragão in Portugal, usually the home of FC Porto. It will kick-off at 8pm BST (9pm CEST) on Saturday 29 May 2021.

Coverage will start on BT Sport 1 and BT Sport 4K UHD at 6pm BST before the match itself. A preview show will be shown at 8pm the night before.
